Registration and Re-registration Information 


As a current member of the St. Theresa family, we are happy to invite you to return to school for the 2013-2014 school year. Please READ the *Registration Information document fully. This document contains tuition information and covers additional topics of interest. To simplify and expedite the re-registration process, please print the *Re-registration Packet, complete all forms, and return them to the school office along with your registration fee prior to May 10, 2013. 

The * Re-registration Packet contains the following forms:   
  •  Re-registration form   
  •  Parent Commitment and Responsibilities Agreement   
  •  Tuition and Policy Agreement   
  •  Parent Involvement Program Volunteer Agreement Form   
  •  Appropriate Computer Use Policy   
  •  Authorization for Use of Photograph  
New students are encouraged to review the information listed above, complete an enrollment application, and call the school office to schedule an appointment to meet with our principal for a tour of the school.
